1. Membership Cancellation

• Members may request cancellation of their membership or profile at any time.
• Profile cancellation will stop future use of the service but does not automatically qualify for a refund.
• Cancellation requests should be submitted through our customer support.

2. Refund Policy

• All registration fees and membership fees are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided after the membership has been activated or the service has been used.
• No refund will be issued if suitable matches are not found, as matrimonial services cannot guarantee marriage or successful alliances.
• Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Ugadi Matrimony.

3. Duplicate Payments

• If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, please contact us immediately.
• Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

4. Failed Transactions

• If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please wait for your bank's reconciliation process.
• If the amount is not automatically reversed, contact our support team with the transaction details.

5. Profile Removal

• You may request removal of your matrimonial profile at any time.
• Removing your profile does not entitle you to a refund of registration or membership fees.

6. Service Suspension

If a profile is suspended or removed due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be provided.

7. Processing Time

• Approved refunds, if any, will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.
• The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
